On December 6th, the PLACE will hold its annual Christmas party night in true folk idiom - with a performance of UP THE RAW - a lively foot stomping awe-inspiring story of the lives of the 19th century Durham miners, brought to life through music, song, theatre and visual projection.

This show is a revised version of the production staged previously at the Edinburgh festival and it has played to enthusiastic audiences in venues across Glasgow in October this year.
